Integration with DocuSign

We’re delighted to announce that our advice firm clients can now benefit from a new DocuSign integration.

In addition to our pre-existing electronic signatures, advice staff can now also use Digital Wealth Solutions to send documents to their clients that are to be signed using DocuSign. From a client’s perspective, their entire experience is within Digital Wealth Solutions, but DocuSign is used only for the actual signing ceremony. This ‘embedded integration’ approach ensures that advice firms are able to manage and monitor even more important client interactions within their Digital Wealth Solutions-powered websites; thereby helping advice firms to not just progress case work, but to do so compliantly, securely and professionally.
